The Middle East suffers from a unique deficit in its peace and security architecture. “Order from Ashes: New Foundations for Security in the Middle East” is a multi-year TCF project supported by the Carnegie Corporation of New York. TCF and outside researchers are collaborating to study possibilities for creating security architecture and institutions to facilitate cooperation and manage conflict.
