Molly Bangs is a senior associate at The Century Foundation. Her research and writing—which has been published on TCF.org, VICE, and the Huffington Post—focus on women’s representation in government, human rights, and social justice. Molly has previously worked at TCF as an editorial associate, Columbia University’s Institute for the Study of Human Rights as a program assistant, the Huffington Post as an editor, and the New York City Council as a legislative aide and speechwriter. She has also held internships at the Rockefeller Foundation and the Aspen Institute. Molly graduated cum laude from Connecticut College with a bachelor’s degree in government and a minor in Hispanic studies. She holds a master’s degree in political science from Columbia University.
