Madeline Janis is the co-founder and executive director of Jobs to Move America. She is an attorney and has served in various public sector positions overseeing both regional and statewide economic development programs. She served for ten years as a commissioner on the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency, and currently serves as a member of the approval committee of the California Competes state tax credit program. Before co-founding Jobs to Move America, she was the founding executive director at the Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy (LAANE), where she served for twenty years.
