Allison Good is an independent writer and analyst with a background in journalism. She writes about geopolitics and political economy in the Middle East with a focus on energy issues. Allison has worked at Foreign Policy magazine, the National Defense University, and New Orleans’ The Times-Picayune, and is also an MA candidate at GWU’s Elliott School of International Affairs (ESIA) in Middle East Studies. Currently based in Jerusalem, she is conducting research on Israel’s natural gas industry. Allison also holds degrees in Political Science and French and Francophone Studies from Vassar College.
